During his time as a law student and a litigating attorney, Mr. Dirmann has been interested in legal scholarship. Starting as a member of the Mercer Law Review, Mr. Dirmann authored articles on criminal law and federal jurisdiction, and he recently wrote an article on DUI issues published in the Encyclopedia of American Civil Rights & Liberties, 2007.
